The Airbrush Art School 1 Day Foundation Course is designed to take the beginner from a complete novice to someone that can control the airbrush and is able to create stunning 3D images using different mediums and techniques.

During the day you will use various airbrushes from the leading brands in the market. You will also understand the benefits of each of airbrush type and where and when you should use them.

We will go through all the tools you need to produce full detailed projects and how to maintain your airbrush, so you can troubleshoot issues you have.

Content:

• Types of airbrushes/spray guns, compressors and paints used by the professionals
• Airbrush care and tools needed to maintain your airbrush equipment
• Ideal setup for beginners
• Airbrush control practice routines – Dots, Lines, Distancing, Blends, Dagger Strokes
• Mapping out your project using different mediums including free hand and stencil work
• Examples of different textures and what we use to achieve different effects
• Brief discussion on surface preparation then the final artwork project

It’s a high-quality lesson in a relaxed atmosphere in Dave’s Home studio in Walton Highway, Cambrideshire

Lesson Start – 9am to 5pm

You will not need to bring anything with you as all equipment is provided. Refreshments will be provided during the day, but please bring a light lunch with you or you can use the local store that’s just a few minutes away.

We have all the tools on sale that you use throughout the day, so you will be ready to put into practice what you have mastered in the class when you get home!
